Announcing the theme for this year’s celebration – “Ayurveda for People & Planet” – the Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Ayush and Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare, Shri Prataprao Jadhav, said, “Ayurveda is not just a healthcare system, it is a science of life rooted in the principle of harmony between the individual and the environment.
By designating 23 September as Ayurveda Day, India has given Ayurveda a global calendar identity. The 2025 theme, ‘Ayurveda for People & Planet’, reflects our collective resolve to harness the full potential of Ayurveda for global wellbeing and a healthier planet.” #AyurvedaDay2025

Celebration of World Environment Day 2025
On June 5, 2025, Siddhakala Ayurved Mahavidyalaya's Department of Dravyaguna Vigyan organized a tree plantation event in the college's herbal garden to commemorate World Environment Day. The event, which aimed to promote environmental awareness, saw active participation from students, faculty, and non-teaching staff, and was successfully conducted in the presence of the college management and esteemed trustee, Dr. Jayashree Saraf.

During the Animal House visit they have been to a laboratory animal facility. The different routes of dosing in mice and rats were demonstrated. In addition, Animal tissue culture, Genotoxicity, Ecotoxicity, Clinical pathology facilities were also shown and immunological concepts were described. They have also described the basic concepts of Preclinical Toxicology studies during the visit and principle and working of various instruments used in the studies.

Siddhakala Ayurved Mahavidyalaya conducts yearly annual gathering and cultural activities for both UG and PG ayurved students.
Ganpati Festival
Every year institute celebrates Ganapati Festival with lots of activities. Atharvashirsha pathan was a major activity in this year.
Elocution competition
Institute yearly arrange debate competition in memory of late Dr Vasant Saraf.
Due to Covid 19 pandemic institute had arranged essay writing competition this year.
Various festivals of India are celebrated joyfully in Siddhakala Ayurved Mahavidyalaya. Different Medical Days are organized and various messages are conveyed through them to the society. Events like Sports, competitions, cultural activities are conducted in the institute. For managing these events, college appoints a committee called as GMC (General Management Committee).
