About Us

History: Hon. Late Dr. Vasantrao Saraf was the founder of this Institute. He was one of the leading practitioners social workers of his time. His greatest support was his wife, Late Dr. Kusumawati V. Saraf, one of the leading gynecologists of her time. With a vision of promoting Ayurveda and ensuring health for all, they established this charitable institution in 1991. Since then it is running smoothly, growing at fast pace. Our college is one of the oldest, renowned Private Colleges in Maharashtra State. We have one of the largest infrastructures among Ayurvedic colleges in Maharashtra.

Aims and achievements: Ayurveda and Integrative Healthcare under one roof is our basic aim. Institute has 8+ acres land for development. BAMS intake of 100 seats and pg intake of 8 seats.

President Message

The Vasant Kusum Rural Yog & Ayruvedic Sanshodhan Pratishthan was established in the year 1991 with the objective of providing medical services in rural tribal areas and imparting traditional medical education of India i.e.Ayurveda to the students of rural areas and accordingly Siddhakala Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya was established in the year 1992. Vasant Kusum Rural Yog & Ayruvedic Sanshodhan Pratishthan is currently working in the fields of education, health and social welfare.
